Snag More Conversions and Reviews

A new type of deals website is trying to make a splash in the e-commerce industry.

The website, called Snagshout, aims to provide consumers with a unique shopping experience while also providing value to merchants. This is because consumers are able to access discounts on a wide range of retail products in exchange for reviews. This helps merchants gain traction on Amazon as they are able to sell their products and obtain user-generated content (UGC). What’s more, increased sales and quality reviews helps merchant’s search ranking on Amazon.

Snapshout also provides marketing and search engine optimization tools for online merchants. Plus, the site offers a built-in automated review dashboard to help merchants view their products’ conversions and reviews.

“Our mission is to create a close connection between shoppers and businesses,” says Paul Johnson, CEO and founder of Snagshout. “We want to personalize online shopping and give consumers the opportunity to try something new at a low cost while also giving businesses the chance to promote their product directly to new customers.”

By offering discounted products in exchange for reviews, Snapshout aims to create a community of spokespeople. It is important to note, however, that shoppers are only able to purchase one product at a time and must leave a review within two weeks of purchase before they can “snag” another deal.

To make a purchase on Snagshout, consumers must use a discount code to purchase the product directly from the brand’s Amazon listing. The majority of products are offered at a 30–90 percent discount, and Amazon Prime members can also get many product shipped for free.
