Social Analytics Get More Awesome

Posted on 7.16.2013, a social analytics company, has launched a new product that enables all marketers to monitor social performance metrics – with no engineering required.

Previously, developers were leveraging’s capabilities via developer APIs to power social features, internal business intelligence and analytics for their own clients. However, the company’s new platform, dubbed for marketers, has been developed to allow anyone to measure social ROI and track the full funnel of every social post – from reach to revenue.

“The days of vanity metrics are over,” said Fred McIntyre, chief executive officer of “You can no longer get away with talking up how many new followers or likes you got. It’s time to put the ROI on the bottom line, and that’s what for marketers does.”

In addition to providing funnel insights for each social post, for marketers also helps users track real KPIs, provides benchmarks based on a user’s historical average and identifies audience members so marketers can keep an eye on and optimize their campaigns for their most valuable followers.
