Socialbakers is Cooking Now with Instagram Support
Social media analytics solution Socialbakers has introduced several new features for its social media marketing clients including support for Instagram.
Users of the Socialbakers platform will now be able to analyze Instagram filter effectiveness, post-types, and follower growth in addition to other metrics including the evolution and distribution of interactions. Support for Instagram, an increasingly popular network, will likely be welcomed by social media marketers (YouTube, Twitter and Facebook are already supported within the analytics solution), but Socialbakers has global market share in its sights. Socialbakers also announced that it is developing a social analytics tool for evaluating marketing performance on SinaWeibo, China's main social network. The tool will provide metrics for measuring engagement, post success and customer care.
Socialbakers is also introducing a useful new tool for digital marketers who leverage social media ads. The platform unveiled Promoted Post Detection to help marketers understand how often a brand's competitors are promoting content on a paid basis. In addition, Socialbakers revealed that its analytics solution will include video analysis. Marketers will be able to compare the same video's performance on difference social networks, see how churn rates compares to that of their competition, and even see how, when and why viewers may have stopped watching.
