Sprinklr Tackles Tech Support

The Internet has brought about a wealth of opportunities for brands to succeed and thrive in. With such a packed digital space, brands must do whatever they can to separate themselves from the competition, even something as simple as answering consumer questions.

Get Satisfaction, a customer community software platform for technical support, has recently announced that it has been acquired by Sprinklr, a social media management company.

For those unfamiliar with Get Satisfaction, the community platform works by matching consumer questions with answers and ideas with teams who can execute them. Through the platform brands have the opportunity to quickly and accurately answer consumer questions which helps to build consumer trust in the brand.

The terms of the acquisition have been released.

"Given that our true norths are so well aligned, it made sense to join forces," states Get Satisfaction in the blog post announcing the acquisition. "With Sprinklr, we now have a tremendous opportunity to accelerate our vision and deliver greater value to our customers. So as we write the final chapter of the Get Satisfaction book, the story of Sprinklr is just beginning."
