Starting Dot Signs 20+ Registrars for .ARCHI
By the end of the year, the Web will be experiencing the effects of the gTLD rollout and it will leave no industry unchanged.
Starting Dot, the registry operator for several appealing new gTLDs including .BIO and .SKI among others, announced recently that more than 20 global domain name registrars have signed its Registry Registrar agreement to offer the new community gTLD .ARCHI - an extension reserved exclusively for architects and their organizations.
“We’ve been able to demonstrate to registrars that with the right marketing support, endorsements and community policies, they can attract highly qualified and motivated customers,” said Godefroy Jordan, CEO of Starting Dot. “We’re now seeing other new gTLD applicants try to emulate our community marketing approach, validating our strategy.”
