Syncing with Amazon for Active Selling

E-commerce management software SellerActive released an upgrade to its automated repricing tool last month and several merchants have already seen a notable improvement in their daily average sales. In fact, one seller has seen an 84 percent increase.

The upgrade to the PriceIntelligence solution essentially modified how SellerActive received data from Amazon. The solution previously checked market prices on a regular/routine basis, inspecting each product against the listing of a merchant's competitors at preset intervals. The recent software upgrade however makes it possible to receive notifications whenever those competitors make price adjustments - essentially, just short of real-time.

Once SellerActive receives the price notifications and displays them on a merchant's dashboard, the system can automatically and immediately adjust users’ prices according to a strategy, which takes into account maximum and minimum price, and the merchant's preference on whether to aim for the lowest price, the average price or Amazon's Buy Box. The system can even monitor specific competitors and dismiss others as outliers.
