Take Live Chat to the Mobile Web

Workface is bringing its live chat functionality to mobile devices, unveiling a new version of its system built with HTML5.

Workface v2.0 offers real-time customer interaction capabilities across devices, including the traditional Web and mobile browsers. Plus, the platform’s IP geolocation can identify a customer’s location, which provides businesses with unique insights. It is also important to note that real-time browser previews allow businesses to track the movements of site visitors in real-time.
