The new offering from Netbase has the ability to be integrated with more than 60 different solutions and platforms and can incorporate KPIs from all of a company's departments including finance, operations and customer care. When looking at the data that Netbase LIVE Pulse Mashup offers, users are able to pick and choose which metrics they wish to display and see them in real-time.
What’s more, one of the more interesting features of LIVE Pulse is the ability to show customers that a brand is listening to their social posts by displaying them on their digital site.
