Test Your Google Shopping Knowledge
As merchants look to inspire confidence amdist the recent rash of security breaches, one of the best ways is to display badges and certifications on their website.
Google Partners, a platform to help companies learn more about Google’s advertising solutions, has announced they have added a new certification for Google Shopping.
In order for merchants to receive their certification in Google Shopping they must demonstrate proficiency in Google Merchant Center Account creation, creating a product data feed as well as shopping campaign management and best practices. This latest certification joins the already offered AdWords certification test, which, if passed, enables merchants to display the Google Partner badge on their website.

“If you are an agency specializing in Merchant Center and Shopping campaign management, you can now get certified in AdWords by completing both the Shopping and AdWords Fundamentals exams,” states Google Ads on their Google+ account. “A certification shows to potential business partners that Google recognizes you as an online advertising professional that can successfully manage Shopping campaigns.”
