Believe it or not, it really doesn't take all that much to engage users and move them through the buying journey and toward a conversion event. You should, however, know a little about psychology to make it easier. 

While advancements in technology have provided enterprises the best possible environment to engage and convert users, what triggers human behavior really hasn't changed all that much. As a result, with a  little planning for the user experience and the psychology that motivates potential buyers, brands will start seeing greater engagement and more conversions in no time.
