Qualtrics consumer who purchase Site Intercept, the company’s website feedback and dynamic content software, and leverage Usability Sciences are able to receive tailored research engagement. Engagements are led by research specialists at Usability Sciences and include a variety of different elements including strategy sessions, survey design and implementation as well as story-telling dashboards that expose the root cause of visit failure and actionable recommendations for improving the website experience.
