vCita Unveils Payment Solution for Service-Based SMBs

VCita is making it easier for its service-based small business clients to accept payments online, thanks to the release of the company’s new LiveSite Online Payments solution.

With LiveSite Online Payments, businesses have access to a website-integrated, online payments solution where clients can pay with credit cards at any time of day and from any device, including mobile phones.

According to MasterCard’s 2014 Merchant Scope study, 90 percent of small businesses have an online presence, yet only 20 percent are leveraging their websites for product or service-focused transactions. The LiveSite Online Payment solution works to eliminate transaction obstacles and help small businesses accept payments cost-effectively and conveniently.

LiveSite Online Payments offers a mobile-ready design and integrates directly into the vCita CRM, which automatically tacks and records communications, documents, appointments, invoicing and payments for businesses. The release includes a variety of key features, including a “Pay Now” button, a customized payment form and online payment options directly for Facebook, emails and other places where the business has an online presence.

Users can also leverage the solution to display a list of services and fees, which enables clients to choose their service and staff member. Plus, businesses have the ability to require prepayments when services are requested in order to reduce no-shows. It is also important to note that LiveSite Online Payments sends businesses notification via email of pending invoices, outstanding balances and automated confirmations, as well as offers branded and customizable invoice templates and a self-service portal where returning clients are automatically recognized and have the ability to view their account, inquire or pay their balance.
