Earlier this month Facebook rolled out its "Live" feature, which enables users to share live videos on the social network. Now, Facebook has brought this functionality to verified Pages too.

The social network is beginning to roll out the functionality to verified Pages using Facebook for iOS. With the Live feature, sports teams, media companies, brands and other verified Pages will have the ability to make announcements, share news updates, take audiences behind the scenes, host Q&As and more.

To share a live video, users simply need to go to their Page on Facebook for iOS and tap Publish and then select Live Video. From there, users can write a quick description before going live. During the broadcast, users will see the number of viewers, the names of other verified people or Pages who are tuning in and a real-time stream of comments. Then, when the broadcast ends it is published on the Page's timeline so that fans can watch it later. That said, Page admins can also remove the broadcast just like any other post.

It is also important to note that people who like a Page can discover its live videos in the News Feed as well as through Facebook notifications. In fact, fans can tap the subscribe button while watching a live video to get notified of future broadcasts.
