Web Trends and Microsoft

Web analytics and marketing performance managment solution provider WebTrends has combined its Marketing Lab offering with Microsoft Dynamcis CRM to provide online marketers a consolidated, real-time view into online visitor activiity and offline customer information.

The solution will deliver a more comprehensive view of customer data across all channels by combining real-time segmentation, performance metrics and targeting capabilities to deliver insights into unique visitors. Reducing the complexity for the Microsoft CRM offering, WebTrends believes the integration will provide actionable marketing insights and ultimately an enriched customer experience.
