User-generated content (UGC) is often touted as one of the most effective ways to engage today's consumers.

Not only is UGC seen as more trusted by shoppers than material coming straight from a brand, but it's also more relevant to what a consumer wants out of a company or its products or services. Enterprises, however, are struggling with how to ask for it, leverage it and measure it.
