Will Adobe Destroy Wix & Squarespace?
Adobe's Creative Cloud suite is fast becoming the go-to solution for digital designers and enterprises that employ them - and it's only getting more powerful as time goes on.
Adobe released a new website design tool, dubbed Portfolio in late January, and it looks as though it might be a genuine force in the WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) design solution market, which includes companies including Squarespace, Wix and others.

Adobe Portfolio, which provides creative professionals a way to showcase their work, offers users a personalized URL, analytics tracking, Typekit fonts and password-protected pages. Adobe also has several canned layouts designers can use to get set up quickly, but Portfolio sites can also be built from scratch. Those currently using Adobe's portfolio sharing tool Behance will have their pages automatically synced.
For those heavily invested in Adobe’s suite of products, it’s a nice add-on. If you’re not getting what you need or want with another website building tool, Portfolio may be just what you’re looking for.
