Yankee Retail & E-Commerce Engagement

Improvements that merchants can see as a result of performance optimization efforts are engaging, to say the least.

The Yankee Retail Company, for example, recently implemented the Yottaa Engagement Cloud and saw immediate and dramatic results in key user engagement metrics including a 40 percent reduction in Time to Display and Time to Interact and an 8.5 percent increase of both Time on Site and Pages per Visit (as well as a bounce rate reduction of 6 percent), which according to the company has directly resulted in higher conversions and increased sales.

And after just two months with Yottaa enabled, Yankee Retail has already seen tangible business results. In fact, in 9 out of 10 key user engagement metrics, the site has shown substantial improvements when compared with the previous two-month period.
