YouTube Unveils Suite of Video Ad Creation Products
YouTube is making it easier for businesses to create video ads, as the company has unveiled a new suite of products that make video ads more accessible to businesses.
The YouTube Director suite of products includes three offerings: YouTube Director for business app, YouTube Director onsite and YouTube Director automated video.
For starters, YouTube Director for business app can be leveraged to create video ads quickly and easily from a user’s mobile phone. The app is free and currently available for iPhone users in the U.S. and Canada.
YouTube Director onsite, on the other hand, is a service being offered in select U.S. cities. Through the service, businesses have access to a professional filmmaker who can shoot and edit a video ad for free whenever the business spends at least $150 to advertise on YouTube. At launch, the service is available in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Washington D.C.
Lastly, YouTube Director automated video can be leveraged to create a video ad automatically from existing assets, like logos and app screenshots. This service is available globally and those interested must reach out to a Google expert for more information.
