Domain registration company LCN.com announced the start of a domain name sale (appropriately named the "Big Domain Sale") which offers rather substantial discounts on all domain name extensions. The best deals are on one-year .com, .net, and .org domain names as they have been are discounted to £4.99/$6.99 and two-year .uk domains for less than cost price. The domain name sale will end at midnight on October 31st, 2010.
During the promotion LCN customers will also be able to add Domain Privacy Protector for free to .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .me or .mobi domains (saving a further £4.95/$6.95 per year) which is a service that ensures the domain owner's details are hidden.
