While few retailers and publishers have developed applications to showcase the content and products featured on their Web properties there are some exceptions. **[The Knot](https://www.theknot.com)**, a leading lifestage media company today announced the launch of its first iPad application, [The Knot Weddings Magazine for the iPad](https://theknot.com/ipad), now available on the Apple App store.  TheKnot.com's iPad app features a community for brides-to-be to ask questions, comment on articles, take polls and chot with others. The app also includes a digital scrapbook to save articles and offers sharing and sending capabilities - perhaps to keep their fiance's in the loop. Other features of the app include searchable photos and a few videos. The App is available in the App Store for $4.99.  "With the success of TheKnot.com, The Knot magazine and our mobile applications, we know our brides are hungry for wedding content on-the-go," said David Liu, CEO and cofounder of The Knot Inc. "We weren't content with just creating another iPad magazine app like so many out there already, so we made it our mission to create a bold and revolutionary re-thinking of what a digital magazine can and should be." ![Pete Prestipino](https://www.websitemagazine.com/hubfs/Pete%20Prestipino.jpeg) [Pete Prestipino](https://www.websitemagazine.com/ecommerce/author/pete-prestipino) Digital marketing executive with proven experience in all aspects of search engine optimization (SEO), performance-based advertising, consumer-generated/social media, email marketing, lead generation, Web design, usability, and analytics. - 20-year Internet marketing veteran, currently serving as the Digital Marketing Campaign Manager at Antenna Group (formerly Chicago Digital). - Former Editor-In-Chief of Website Magazine, and a regular speaker on Web technology digital marketing strategy - Author of several books on digital marketing Including Web 360: The Fundamentals of Web Success; Affiliate 360: The Fundamentals of Performance Marketing; Domains 360: The Fundamentals of Buying & Selling Domain Names, and SEO 360: The Fundamentals of Search Engine Optimization. - - - [mailto:peter@websitemagazine.com](mailto:peter@websitemagazine.com) #### Popular Post ### [The Impact of Late and Inaccurate Deliveries on Customer Loyalty ![The Impact of Late and Inaccurate Deliveries on Customer Loyalty](https://www.websitemagazine.com/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/package_delivery-1-1.jpg)](https://www.websitemagazine.com/ecommerce/the-impact-of-late-and-inaccurate-deliveries-on-customer-loyalty) ### [Top 50 Customer Relationship Management Solutions ![Top 50 Customer Relationship Management Solutions](https://www.websitemagazine.com/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/gradient-regular-logo-mark-Jan-22-2023-11-50-42-2994-PM-Apr-10-2023-01-15-57-0982-PM-2-2.png)](https://www.websitemagazine.com/ecommerce/top-50-customer-relationship-management-solutions) ### [Square Cash Now Available for Business Use ![Square Cash Now Available for Business Use](https://www.websitemagazine.com/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/squarecash-mini-Jan-22-2023-11-46-25-0939-PM-1-1-1.jpg)](https://www.websitemagazine.com/ecommerce/square-cash-now-available-for-business-use) #### Subscribe to Our Newsletter!
