L-Soft Direct targets customers who are already familiar with L-Soft's LISTSERV-brand mailing list software solutions and are willing to forgo traditional account servicing in exchange for reseller pricing. "L-Soft Direct is to sales what opt-in is to marketing. Our customers can now choose whether or not to enter into an account management relationship and receive follow-up sales calls related to their LISTSERV solutions," said Eric Thomas, CEO of L-Soft. "The key difference is that L-Soft Direct gives you a discount for opting out rather than in." With L-Soft Direct, any customer will receive the same discount as an authorized reseller when ordering the same yearly volume of products and services, plus a "perk": generally, a free license upgrade, instead of the free demo licenses issued to authorized resellers. The only limitation for L-Soft Direct customers is that they will not receive value-added account management services. Customers needing live product demos, custom bid proposals, free technical consultations and other related services are advised to opt for the regular L-Soft sales process, in which a dedicated L-Soft representative is assigned to the customer's account. ![Pete Prestipino](https://www.websitemagazine.com/hubfs/Pete%20Prestipino.jpeg) [Pete Prestipino](https://www.websitemagazine.com/ecommerce/author/pete-prestipino) Digital marketing executive with proven experience in all aspects of search engine optimization (SEO), performance-based advertising, consumer-generated/social media, email marketing, lead generation, Web design, usability, and analytics. - 20-year Internet marketing veteran, currently serving as the Digital Marketing Campaign Manager at Antenna Group (formerly Chicago Digital). - Former Editor-In-Chief of Website Magazine, and a regular speaker on Web technology digital marketing strategy - Author of several books on digital marketing Including Web 360: The Fundamentals of Web Success; Affiliate 360: The Fundamentals of Performance Marketing; Domains 360: The Fundamentals of Buying & Selling Domain Names, and SEO 360: The Fundamentals of Search Engine Optimization. - - - [mailto:peter@websitemagazine.com](mailto:peter@websitemagazine.com) #### Popular Post ### [The Impact of Late and Inaccurate Deliveries on Customer Loyalty ![The Impact of Late and Inaccurate Deliveries on Customer Loyalty](https://www.websitemagazine.com/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/package_delivery-1-1.jpg)](https://www.websitemagazine.com/ecommerce/the-impact-of-late-and-inaccurate-deliveries-on-customer-loyalty) ### [Top 50 Customer Relationship Management Solutions ![Top 50 Customer Relationship Management Solutions](https://www.websitemagazine.com/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/gradient-regular-logo-mark-Jan-22-2023-11-50-42-2994-PM-Apr-10-2023-01-15-57-0982-PM-2-2.png)](https://www.websitemagazine.com/ecommerce/top-50-customer-relationship-management-solutions) ### [Square Cash Now Available for Business Use ![Square Cash Now Available for Business Use](https://www.websitemagazine.com/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/squarecash-mini-Jan-22-2023-11-46-25-0939-PM-1-1-1.jpg)](https://www.websitemagazine.com/ecommerce/square-cash-now-available-for-business-use) #### Subscribe to Our Newsletter!
