**Sage Payment Solutions has released a new extension for ecommerce platform Magento that will allow users of that system to not only integrate payment processing but synchronize with Sage accounting software on the back end.**

 

Magento users will be able to conduct transactions from any environment - brick and mortar, mobile, ecommerce website - and have the payment transactions integration and reconcile into the Sage software (which should save time, provide more accurate financials and make visible real-time cash flow).

 

E-tailers we work with will find the combination of Sage Payments and Magento is an efficient way of integrating their multi-channel payment processes with a robust back-end accounting package; it's a huge competitive advantage for them, said Edward Solomon, co-founder of Net@Work, a leading Sage and Magento business partner.
