Taking Tech to Non-Profit Donors with BidPal & Salesforce

BidPal, a provider of fundraising technology for nonprofits, announced it has launched BidPal Connect on the Salesforce AppExchange.

BidPal Connect allows nonprofits to easily move donor fundraising data between BidPal and Salesforce. Through BidPal's Web-based software, clients can create multiple fundraising campaigns, manage and host online auctions, sell tickets and sponsorships, assign seating, run a mobile bidding auction, or collect donations and transfer the data they collect between the two platforms.

Designed to work with Salesforce.org's Nonprofit Starter Pack, organizations need only install the free BidPal Connect app from the Salesforce AppExchange and run it. The app guides users through the mapping process to connect their BidPal supporters to their organization's Salesforce contacts. From there, nonprofits can begin syncing donor records between Salesforce and BidPal, adding new event donors to Salesforce for follow-up, and allowing seamless data integration.

"Companies are looking to transform the way they connect with customers, partners and employees to thrive in the age of the customer," said Todd Surdey, SVP, ISV Sales, Salesforce. "By leveraging the power of the Salesforce App Cloud, BidPal provides nonprofits with an exciting new way to connect with donors."
