"We deal with the unsexy but painful parts of running an ecommerce business, and for small online retailers, it's huge." The Ordoro platform enables merchants to expedite shipping by integrating shipper accounts (FedEX, UPS, USPS) and providing rate lookup, as well as to manage and control inventory with features such as kitting (combining multiple SKU's into a single product) and tracking among other features. The alliance with eBay further extends Ordoro's roster of marketplace (e.g. Amazon Seller Central) and shopping cart integrations including the likes of BigCommerce, Shopify, Shoptsite and 3dCart. "Managing inventory between their webstore and eBay store is a very real pain for many retailers," says Narayan.
