Companies like Zales, Sports Authority, RadioShack and others turn to eBay Enterprise for omnichannel operations, marketing services and more. Recently, the company announced it would turn to Craig Hayman as president of its eBay Enterprise business.
Hayman brings more than 30 years of enterprise technology leadership including executive positions at IBM's Industry Cloud Solutions and WebSphere businesses. He will report to eBay Inc. President and CEO John Donahoe.
"We are fortunate to have Craig join our leadership team and lead our Enterprise business unit," Donahoe said. "Technology continues to have a significant impact on the overall commerce landscape. Craig's experience will enhance our ability to serve retailers and brands in this online to offine world."
At IBM, Hayman led the technology company's acquisitions of more than a dozen companies including Sterling Commerce and Coremetrics, and built a partner network that included global and regional system integrators.
"I am delighted to join eBay Enterprise during this transformative time in its history and see tremendous opportunity for the organization," said Hayman. "A longtime customer of IBM, eBay Enterprise's fulfillment centers, drop-ship and Ship-from-Store capabilities are unique in helping retailers better serve their customers.
