People still use them (and frequently) so it might be something you should investigate if you have the budget to do so. The service looks similar to others on the surface. The only real differentiating factor that I could find was that the transaction fee for advertisers is 20%, whereas other networks could charrge upwwards of 30-35%. "This website is focused on improving the quality of content for advertisers and bloggers," stated Jason King, founder and CEO of PayingPost.
