Offerpop is one of the first to take advantage of the [recent change to Page Promotions on Facebook](https://www.websitemagazine.com/blog/facebook-page-promotions-get-page-support).  "The Poll app is part of Offerpop's mission to leverage Facebook's newest guidelines and features, enabling brands to run results-driven social campaigns," said Prakash Mishra, CTO and co-founder of Offerpop. "The Poll app helps marketers improve the reach of their campaigns by creating viral stories, resulting in bigger social and email audiences." Ashley Stewart, a retailer of plus-size women's clothing, has bought it. The company recently used the Offerpop poll app to give away giftcards. "Polling our customers via Offerpop's platform helps grow word of mouth, build engagement, and impact downstream metrics," said Erica Young, Ecommerce Marketing Manager at Ashley Stewart. "We're excited about the ability of like-based voting to drive campaign virality." ![](https://www.websitemagazine.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/ashleystewart-2-1-1-1.jpg?width=575&height=360&name=ashleystewart-2-1-1-1.jpg) ![Pete Prestipino](https://www.websitemagazine.com/hubfs/Pete%20Prestipino.jpeg) [Pete Prestipino](https://www.websitemagazine.com/social-media/author/pete-prestipino) Digital marketing executive with proven experience in all aspects of search engine optimization (SEO), performance-based advertising, consumer-generated/social media, email marketing, lead generation, Web design, usability, and analytics. - 20-year Internet marketing veteran, currently serving as the Digital Marketing Campaign Manager at Antenna Group (formerly Chicago Digital). - Former Editor-In-Chief of Website Magazine, and a regular speaker on Web technology digital marketing strategy - Author of several books on digital marketing Including Web 360: The Fundamentals of Web Success; Affiliate 360: The Fundamentals of Performance Marketing; Domains 360: The Fundamentals of Buying & Selling Domain Names, and SEO 360: The Fundamentals of Search Engine Optimization. - - - [mailto:peter@websitemagazine.com](mailto:peter@websitemagazine.com) #### Popular Post ### [The Importance of Social Media in Education ![The Importance of Social Media in Education](https://www.websitemagazine.com/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/social-media-in-education-2-1-1-1.png)](https://www.websitemagazine.com/social-media/importance-of-social-media-in-education) ### [SERPs, Twitter and Chicago Hot Dogs ![SERPs, Twitter and Chicago Hot Dogs](https://www.websitemagazine.com/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/gradient-regular-logo-mark-Jan-23-2023-02-31-43-9298-PM-Apr-10-2023-01-49-07-1925-PM-1-1.png)](https://www.websitemagazine.com/social-media/serps-twitter-and-chicago-hot-dogs) ### [9 Benefits of Snapchat for Business ![9 Benefits of Snapchat for Business](https://www.websitemagazine.com/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/snap-2-1-1.jpg)](https://www.websitemagazine.com/social-media/9-benefits-of-snapchat-for-business) #### Subscribe to Our Newsletter!
