Website publishing platform Squarespace has announced an integration with ecommerce shipping solution ShipStation, which will enable merchants to print shipping labels in batch and automatically send shipping notifications with tracking numbers to their customers.

The Squarespace Commerce solution, which was introduced in February 2013, is used by those wanting to sell either physical or digital goods directly from the Squarespace platform. ShipStation integrates with numerous shopping carts including Shopify, Bigcommerce, Volusion, Magento and Miva Merchant, as well as several marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Sears. Squarespace merchants will be able to use any of ShipStation's supporting carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL and even Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA).

"Our commerce customers told us that as they grow, one of their top challenges is managing the shipping process," notes Squarespace CEO Anthony Casalena. "We made the decision to integrate with ShipStation, as it is a best-in class service that will dramatically decrease the time and aggravation involved with shipping for our merchants."
