The new Chatbot Locator, for example, will enable brands to offer consumers information (e.g., store hours wait times, reservations, Wi-Fi availability, etc.) for a businesses nearby locations, and the "Smart Review Response" technology will use machine learning to respond to reviews based on sentiment analysis and topic classification (e.g., service, location, inventory, etc), providing suggested review responses and learning a brands writing preferences and styles over time.

"Mobile once changed local search habits and intents, and now conversational interfaces are bringing another wave of change," said Andy Roy, VP Strategy at Brandify. "From using Facebook Messenger chatbots as a sales assistant to exploring voice search for a retailer via the Google Express shopping platform, we are excited to help our clients lead that wave."
