Cirrus Hits the Cloud with Open-Xchange

Hosting provider CirrusHosting announced it will begin provided groupware and collaboration services made available by the Open-Xchange software stack.

Canada-based CirrusHosting will make available the Google Apps for Business and Microsoft Exchange server alternative to help companies seeking a centralized collaboration and communication solutions.

Among the apps included in Open-Xchange are email, a calendar, productivity and file sharing tools, task management, and social networking features. Unlike many groupware solutions, Open-Xchange is designed to integrate flawlessly with a multitude of hardware and software platforms, including PCs, smartphones, and tablets.
