Google was quick to note that the new standard tier does not offer bad performance per se, but for those that aren't right next door to one of Google's data center or those who are running an application that is not critical this offering will prove attractive. ![Peter Devereaux](https://www.websitemagazine.com/hubfs/Peter_Devereaux.png) [Peter Devereaux](https://www.websitemagazine.com/web-development/author/peter-devereaux) As the Editor-in-Chief of Website Magazine and President of Website Services, Peter has established himself as a prominent figure in the digital marketing industry.
