European predictive analytics software developer Quiterian announced that its popular Customer Analytics Solution is now rapidly integrating data from social media sites, including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

The company focuses on providing solutions for business and non-technical users, and the Customer Analytics Solution was built to provide businesses with information about consumer behavior. Now, marketers can use the solution to analyze a wider breadth of data and garner better insights about consumer preferences, sentiments and behavior patterns.

Quiterian's self-service, agile platform takes data from multiple sources (the Web, CRM, ERP, emails and advertising campaigns, in addition to social media) and makes it easy for non-expert users to make "faster and better" decisions based on knowledge gathered about consumer behavior, including identifying patterns and profiles of profitable customers, performing smart segmentations and executing automated marketing campaigns.
