Bronto Bolsters its Demandware Partnership

Bronto Software is bolstering its partnership with Demandware, as the ecommerce marketing platform is now offering full service installation and an upgraded integration module for the companies' 27 joint enterprise clients.

Through the strengthened partnership, Demandware and Bronto customers will have access to tools that enable them to import historical and ongoing order and conversion data. Moreover, joint customers will have the ability to send order confirmations and drive revenue via post-purchase and other targeted messaging.

For instance, joint clients can increase gross merchandise value (GMV) by using targeted marketing tactics such as lapsed purchaser campaigns, never purchased campaigns and post-purchase campaigns, including complementary merchandise, refill reminders and review requests. It is important to note that the Bronto certified integration for Demandware is available in the Demandware LINK Marketplace. Plus, Bronto is expected to release an updated integration with more functionality later in Q4.
