The company's [announcement](https://blog.linkedin.com/2014/04/18/the-next-three-billion/) also touches on mobile, revealing that the company expects more than 50 percent of its global traffic to come from mobile devices later this year. In fact, the company says that it sees 15 million profile views, 1.45 million job views and 44,000 job applications through mobile in more than 200 countries every day.    Learn about the changes the LinkedIn platform has seen over the years, by checking out the company's infographic below:   ![](https://www.websitemagazine.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Linkedininfo-2-1-1-1.jpg?width=630&height=3270&name=Linkedininfo-2-1-1-1.jpg) ![Peter Devereaux](https://www.websitemagazine.com/hubfs/Peter_Devereaux.png) [Peter Devereaux](https://www.websitemagazine.com/social-media/author/peter-devereaux) As the Editor-in-Chief of Website Magazine and President of Website Services, Peter has established himself as a prominent figure in the digital marketing industry.
