Promotions is a custom contest builder that gathers consumer-shared data, which gives brands a better understanding of their customers. In fact, marketers can leverage Promotions to collect customer data via contests, sweepstakes, sign-up forms and more. Each entry provides marketers with valuable customer insights ranging from product usage and preferences to birthdays and email addresses. This data can help marketers make better decisions for their brand and future marketing campaigns.
It is also important to note that the Promotions interface was developed to make it easy for marketers to create custom apps and pages without coding experience. Plus, the design component enables users to leverage templates, enter CSS or design freeform to create a contest that fits the brand's identity.
