It will soon be easier for MarketLive merchants to sell to consumers across the globe, thanks to a new partnership between the ecommerce solutions provider and international commerce provider Borderfree.

Through the partnership, Borderfree will be part of MarketLive Connect, which is a partner network of technology providers that extend the capabilities of MarketLive's core platform. The partnership will offer a Borderfree "connector" built directly into MarketLive's new 14.1 release, which is expected to launch this summer. MarketLive merchants who upgrade to the 14.1 version of the platform will be able to integrate the connector and leverage Borderfree's international ecommerce services. The integration will reduce implementation costs for merchants, making it easier for them to start selling online in more than 100 countries and territories.

"As we gear up to launch the newest release for the MarketLive platform, we have added a number of new features and enhancements that reflect our customers' evolving needs in today's dynamic marketplace," said Ken Burke, founder and CEO of MarketLive, Inc. "Our partnership with Borderfree has allowed us to seamlessly integrate Borderfree's deep global ecommerce technology and offer our clients access to the opportunity international retailing brings.  By doing so, both companies are making it very easy for our merchants to almost instantly start selling internationally."
