The strongest growth categories for mobile include department stores with orders up 95 percent YOY, apparel with mobile orders up 54 percent YOY and high-end luxury goods with mobile orders up 31 percent YOY.   "We're proud of the accomplishments we've been able to achieve this quarter and will continue to grow our network and strengthen our portfolio of performance marketing technology tools and services," said Yaz Iida, chief executive officer, [Rakuten LinkShare](https://rakutenadvertising.com/).
