Have you ever tried to explain how to do something through words, but couldn't quite get your point across? Well, have no fear because Screenr is here.

Screenr is a free Web-based screen recorder that allows users to create and share screencasts. Once the record button is clicked, everything that a user does on the computer screen will be captured, plus the user's voice is recorded so that the screencasts can be narrated.

The screencasts can be recorded on both Macs and PCs, and can be played everywhere - even on iPhones. The screencast videos can also be embedded into websites, put onto social media sites and can even be published onto YouTube.

Screencasts are great for sharing knowledge, revealing tips, showcasing new products and creating tutorials.

Screenr also has a business option, which is especially beneficial for support sites, software development, collaboration and sharing.

And to prove how simple creating a screencast is with Screenr, we created our own screencast introduction to the service below. Check it out!
