One of the more difficult aspects of doing so, according to a recently released survey from Bynder, is identifying the "right" technologies for a seamless experience.
According to data released within the study, 56% expressed intentions to personalize their marketing this year, and while 89% agreed that technology plays a key role in developing a personalized experience, 90% think that finding the right technologies to do so is a significant challenge.
Other challenges highlighted in the report include securing enough budget, bringing innovations to market before the competition and internal adoption. Just 8 percent of respondents said personalization presented no challenges.
