Managing Communities on the Go

The problem with many digital community management solutions is that they do not always extend to the physical word - but that is beginning to change.

Personify recently released its PersonifyGO solution, for example, and it could provide just the opportunity organizations' need to manage their communities whether their audience is on the Web or not.

PersonifyGO is the browser-based interface for Personify's constituent engagement platform, Personify360, and will make that product easily accessible from any laptop, tablet or browser with an Internet connection.

The solution could prove useful for call center operators, front desk staff, membership associates, and remote or off-site staff who rely on Personify360 (the company's association management system) and the technical backbone of many well-known brands.

The system will reportedly enable organization to access key metrics, create, customize and manage records, and even place orders. The solution can also be used in conjunction with Small World Community, Personify's online community system, providing an opportunity to engagement among a company or associations' constituents.

The response to the offering's pilot/beta program appears positive from customers including the International Legal Technology Association who have been using PersonifyGO since February.

"PersonifyGO combines the power of the Personify database and a web interface with a clean, modern design that's fast and efficient. It's also intuitive and we feel that our staff would be able to embrace the product with little or minimal training," said Clay Gibney, IT Director for the International Legal Technology Association.
