Respond to Reviews from the Google My Business App

Business owners are increasingly leveraging their mobile phones to help them complete daily tasks. Because of this, Google has made enhancements to its Google My Business and AdWords Express apps.

For starters, business owners will now be able to see and respond to customer reviews in the Google My Business app for Android devices (the iOS app will be updated soon). Users will also be able to activate real-time alerts within the app so they continuously monitor their business's online reputation - even when they are away from the desktop. Moreover, the app will shed light on consumers' locations when driving directions are requested.

"When people find you on Google, you can see when they call or from where they get driving directions, so you can be prepared for that next manic Monday rush," states Google's announcement.

It is also important to note that Google is expanding its AdWords Express mobile app for Android to 20 new countries (iOS is coming soon). While an advertiser's top stats for the month can be found in the Google My Business app, users can switch over to the AdWords Express app to see more details or to edit ads. Google notes that both app updates will be rolled out over the next few days.
