Catalogue, arguably the most popular catalog-shopping app, has hit a milestone - by surpassing 150,000 downloads on Android and approaching one million total tablet downloads.

Catalogue by The Find, has more than 150 catalog titles, look books and weekly circulars from more than 75 popular retailers. The free app is available on iOS and Android devices, including the Kindle Fire. Furthermore, the app's newly released version 2.0 for the Kindle Fire adds the ability for users to check items availability in real time at local stores.

"Across all our platforms and nearly one million installs, our average user spends 14 minutes in the app during each session and looks at 5-6 different catalogs," says Ramneek Bhasin, VP & GM of Mobile at TheFind. "In comparison to website shopping metrics, these are incredible numbers that are consistent across the industry. Clearly, the tablet is a new and more immersive type of shopping experience, one that lends itself well what print catalogs do best: help you discover new things you want to buy. The difference is that on a tablet, there are simply more tools to help you get it sooner, and more effortlessly."

Most recently TheFind has partnered with Retailigence, to provide its users local results in order to drive foot traffic into brick-and-mortar stores. Read more about it here.
