Web host and data center SoftLayer recently released sample code for Windows¬¨¬®‚àö√ú 7 and Mac OS¬¨¬®‚àö√ú X apps for monitoring SoftLayer server information.
Customers of SoftLayer can use the API to create custom applications or control processes of any size like the desktop gadgets to larger-scale infrastructure management workflows that automatically add servers to an environment when demand peaks. The API supports the use of SOAP, REST, and XML-RPC interfaces, and-as an open, standards-based platform-can fully integrate with any third-party or custom application.
