One of the most appealing aspects of collaboration and communication solution Slack is the extensiveness of its partner community and it's growing stronger and more useful by the day. 
OnPage, a provider of mobile critical messaging and incident alert management system, announced that it is now available on the Slack Marketplace. The solution will enable teams to receive immediate notification when critical incidents occur. 

For example, if during a Slack conversation employees of an ecommerce company notice a broken and critical piece of functionality, the developers can send off a high-priority OnPage message (based on priorities previously established for their group) from the Slack channel to invite peers who are not online at the moment to log-in and join the conversation.
