Customer engagement software provider Freshdesk has unveiled a new customer relationship management (CRM) solution and sales system designed for high-growth businesses.
The solution, dubbed Freshsales, is specifically for sales reps working in high-velocity environments and require multiple integrated systems to do their jobs effectively, including lead, deal and account management, as well as email, phone integration, user behavior tracking, lead scoring, a visual sales pipeline and reporting. Freshsales offers all of these capabilities in an easy to use platform.
"For years, our sales team struggled to integrate all the products we needed into one of the leading CRM tools -- but in the end, it was still just an expensive manual dumping ground for data," said Girish Mathrubootham, founder and CEO of Freshdesk. It is important to note that Freshsales offers mobile apps for iOS and Android to provide users with access while on the go. With the solution, sales reps can capture conversations across phone and email, rank leads according to a customized list of behavior signals, track user behavior, view reports and more.
