Small and medium-sized business (SMB) solutions provider vCita has unveiled a new engagement platform called vCita Pro, which is designed to help Web professionals and online marketers meet the demand from SMBs for enhanced, Web-based engagement tools and capabilities.

With vCita Pro, users are able to improve their SMB clients' online presence with Web-based calls-to-action (CTAs) and online engagement capabilities, providing SMBs with the ability to offer an online experience with marketing capabilities similar to their larger, enterprise counterparts.
